is essential for life. We need to keep our health healthy. We need to keep ourselves healthy. Today I will tell you some tips to come to a healthy man.
Whatever I tell you, these are my own ways that I follow!

1:- First, get up daily and pray.

2:- Wake up in the morning after praying.

3:- Then walk five hundred meters to one kilometer.

4:- Then suck or drink any alcohol at home.

5:- After that, anyone should eat a little something.

6:- And Drink More Drinks.

7:- And go to school or office with time constraints.

8:- And then come back and rest for ten minutes.

9:- Then take a bath.

10:- After a good bath, then pray.

11:- Then do whatever works calmly.

12:- If there is no work, sleep for an hour.

13:- When you wake up, eat lunch.

14:- Then drink milk.

15:- And then perform Asr prayer.

16:- Then add again.

17:- Do your personal work after praying.

18:- In the meantime, get ready for the West Prayer.

19:- Eat dinner after prayer and then do any household chores.

20:- says the Isha prayer and goes to sleep after sitting for ten minutes.
